At the core of the production line are Taichuang intelligent tapping machines with digital communication capabilities. Integrated with automatic loading platforms, industrial cleaning and oil-spinning machines, and other auxiliary equipment, the system connects multiple production processes into a coordinated workflow.
To further improve production logistics, the solution incorporates a three-dimensional automated warehouse, with AGV and RGV intelligent transport systems connecting different production and storage areas. This integration enables automated material transfer, coordinated equipment operation and more efficient production management.
Unlike a conventional automatic nut tapping machine, this intelligent production line focuses on the entire manufacturing workflow rather than a single machining process. Through digital communication between equipment and intelligent logistics, it helps reduce manual material handling, improve production coordination and move towards a fully automated, unmanned smart workshop.
During the factory visit, the Korean customer inspected the equipment configuration, system integration and overall production workflow. Our technical team also discussed the functions and coordination of the different units throughout the production line.
