Built with an extra forming station in the production sequence, this 6-Station Part Cold Heading Machine delivers expanded shaping capability for more demanding parts. It lets complex geometries be formed gradually through stable, controlled deformation.
During operation, metal wire or rod is cut to length and transferred between stations, where each step completes a portion of the forming process. Distributing the deformation across six stations improves material flow and lowers the chance of excessive stress buildup during forming.
