Recently, a group of clients from Brazil visited Taichuang Intelligent for a face-to-face discussion on fastener production equipment and nut tapping machine solutions.
During the visit, the Brazilian clients toured our production facility and had a closer look at our machinery. Our team introduced the working principles, machine structure, operating process, and production capabilities of different nut tapping machines. The clients also discussed their own production requirements and the types of nuts and fastener components they plan to process.
The visit gave the clients an opportunity to see the equipment operation and understand more about how a nut tapping machine can be integrated into a fastener production line. Technical details, production efficiency, tapping quality, and equipment configuration were also discussed during the meeting.
For overseas customers, seeing the equipment in person can provide a clearer understanding of machine performance than product information alone. Direct communication also allows our engineers to better understand specific production requirements and recommend a suitable nut tapping machine configuration.
