Recently, Taichuang Intelligent completed the preparation and loading of multiple nut tapping machines, which will soon be shipped to customers in Shenzhen, Qingdao, Wenzhou and other places.

Another batch of nut tapping machines is set to ship from Taichuang Intelligent to Taiwan. Once the equipment is in place, it will serve more fastener manufacturing companies, helping customers improve the production efficiency and finished product quality of nut internal thread processing.

Last week, a client team from South Korea visited Taichuang Intelligent Equipment (Foshan) Co., Ltd. to conduct the factory acceptance test for the nut tapping machines they had ordered.

TAICHUANG Intelligent is expanding its workshop and boosting production capacity to meet the rising market demand for nut tapping machines and fastener production equipment. This expansion provides additional space for equipment assembly, commissioning, and production preparation, enabling us to handle a higher volume of customer orders.

A nut tapping machine, originally purchased from TAICHUANG seven years ago, was recently returned to the factory for an upgrade. After years of production use, the customer decided to add new capabilities to the existing equipment rather than replacing it entirely. The machine was sent back to TAICHUANG for inspection, modification, and testing.
